BAKED HAMBURG

Baked Hamburg 

1/2 lbs chopped beef 

1/2 cup suet 

1/2 teaspoon chopped onion 

1/3 cup bread crumbs 

1/2 tablespoon butter 

Salt to taste 

1 teaspoon chopped parsley 

Mix chopped meat, suet, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, and salt thoroughly. Put into well greased casserole, sprinkle top with bread crumbs, and dot with butter. Bake in hot oven until nicely browned. See Menu III
