Brains with Scrambled Eggs
1 brain
2 egges
1/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
Boil a brain in salted water for 20 minutes. Place into a pan and add 2 slightly beaten eggs, mixed with 1/ 4 cup of milk, seasoning and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir the while of the egg into mixture until it thickens. Serve it hot on a toast.
