FOAMY SAUCE

 FOAMY SAUCE 

1/2 cup butter 

1 cup powered sugar 

Whites 2 eggs 

1 tsp vanilla

 Few grains salt 

1 /2 cup heavy cream 

Cream the butter and add sugar beating constantly. Put over hot water, add egg whites beaten until stiff, and beat using egg beater until well blended. Cool and add flavoring salt and heavy cream beaten until stiff.
