PUFF POPS

 PUFF POPS A LA GUAM 

1 cup flour 

1/4 tsp salt 

1 egg well beaten 

1 cup milk 

3 tablespoons of butter

Sift the flour and salt together. Mix the milk together, and add to the dry ingredients. Beat for two minutes with an egg beater, and pour into very hot iron gem pansm which liberally greased. Bake in quick oven(425 degrees F ) for about half an hour. This recipe makes twelve.
