Graham Cracker Cake
1 box graham crackers rolled fine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk scant
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter
Whipping cream
Cream butter and sugar, add yolks beaten, then add milk, alternately the crackers ground fine, and mixed with baking powder, add vanilla, then fold stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in layers in moderate oven 350 F, ready to serve fill with slightly sweetened whipped cream and cover top with the same.
