Chilli Sauce
24 large ripe tomatoes
4 onions
4 seeded green peppers(Bell pepper)
1 teaspoonful each of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice
1/2 table spoon ground cloves
3 cups of vinegar
2 cups of white sugar
Peel and chop 24 large ripe tomatoes, 4 onions and, 4 seeded green peppers. Add 1 teaspoonful each of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice, half table spoon ground cloves. Heat 3 cups of vinegar, and dissolve 2 cups of white sugar in it. Pour this over mixture of vegetables abd and boil slowly for two hours. Bottle and seal while hot.
