Coffee Jelly

Coffee Jelly 

1/2 box of gelatine or 2 tablespoons of granulated gelatine 

21/2 cups of strong boiled coffee 

11/2 cup of cold water 

11.2 cup of boiling water 

1/2 cup of sugar  

Soak gelatine in cold water, dissolve in boiling water, strain and add to sugar and coffee. Turn into mould and chill. Serve a light sponge or an angel food cake with this.
