Scalloped Beef

Scalloped Beef (A delicious made over dish )

1 cup of minced Beef 

1 cup of  tomato sauce

1/2 cup  of  butter

1 cup of bread crumbs

A delicious made over dish, allows you to use the leftovers of the party and that little piece of beef roast which was staying in the fridge for quite a while- for the sandwich.

 Chop the leftover beef meat quite fine or  you may dice it, if you prefer.  There should be no less than a cup of a diced beef. Season the beef well with black pepper. For one cup of leftover beef meat you should take one cup of tomato sauce. Put a layer of meat into bottom of buttered casserole, then  pour over this meat a layer of the tomato sauce,(or you may use the diced tomatoes if you like), and  repeat this exactly until your baking dish is full, and you are having the layr of tomato sauce on  the top of your casserole. Sprinkle the top of your casserole  with  the buttered bread crumbs, and bake  for no less than twenty minutes.

THIS IS THE TRADITIONAL WAY MY FAMILY USES THE LEFTOVER BEEF. THE LEFTOVER BEEF IS TRADITIONAL TREAT OF  THE SUNDAY DINNER AND GATHERINGS  OF THE FAMILY IN STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  THE BEEF CASSEROLE WITH TOMATO SAUCE  IS  ESPECIALLY LOVED IN THE STATE IF CALIFORNIA  AND PREPARED BY THE  FAMILIES ALL THROUGH THE YEAR. THE  SPICES THEY MAY BE SERVED  WITH ARE MOSTLY THE  PEPPER AND SALT ONLY, GARNI WITH FINELY CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY AND THE BREAD CRUMBS.  THE BEEF CASSEROLE WITH TOMATO SAUCE IS A  TRADITIONAL STAPLE OF THE STATE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA  AND IS   AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR MORE THAN HUNDRED OF YEARS.

THIS  IS TRADITIONAL RECIPE OF THE GRAND AMERICAN CUISINE.-HISTORICAL RECIPE WHICH DATES 1800DS. THE WHITE CHOWDER-  WAS CONSIDERED AS THE SAFE AND SCROMPTUOUS  ALL YEAR ROUND DISH, HOWEVER NOT SUITABLE AND  ALLOWED FOR  THE LITTLE CHILDREN AND TODDLERS, IF THE BLACK PEPPER AND SALT WAS HEAVILY USED.
