Cream of Cauliflower Soup
4 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of cauliflower pulp
Salt
Paprika
Put butter in saucepan, when melted add flour, stir until thoroughly blended, then gradually add milk which has been heated stirring constantly to keep smooth, Let it boil about four minutes.
Have cooked cauliflower mashed through a sieve, and add to white sauce, season. beat with egg-beater and serve. For the grown ups, top each serving with a dash of paprika and a sprinkle of finely minced parsley.
