Baked Stuffed Potatoes
6 medium sized potatoes
1 cup of milk
Select medium sized potatoes. scrub and bake in the owen. Cut in halves lengthwise. Scoop out the inside, being careful not to break the shell. Mash very well or put through ricer, add butter, salt and a little hot milk and beat well. Pile mixture lightly in shells, brush with melted butter, and return to oven until delicately browned.
