Meringue Kisses
4 eggs
pinch of salt
1 teaspoonful of flavoring
1 cupful of fine granulated sugar
Beat the whites of four eggs, until stiff , then add pinch of salt, 1 teaspoonful of flavoring, one cupful of fine granulated sugar and beat with a fork until very stiff. Drop on a wax paper and bake three quarters of an hour in a very slow oven.
