Scalloped Turkey
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 grains of black pepper
1cup of stock
1 cup bread crumbs
Make one cup of sauce using 2 Tablespoons butter. 2 Tablespoons flour ,1/4 teaspoon salt, few, grains of black pep per and one cup of stock. Cut the meat into small pieces. Sprinkle the bottom of buttered baking dish with seasoned cracker crumbs, add turkey meat, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake in a hot oven, until crumbs are brown. For this amount of sauce, take about a cup and one half of the meat. This is how it should be used.
