German Puffs
For this German style puffs you will need
1 pint of rich sweet milk
5 Tablespoons of white all purpose wheat flour
1 Tablespoon of melted butter
6 eggs
1/2 spoonful of baking powder- CALUMET OR GLABBER GIRL
Take one pint of rich sweet milk, and pour into five tablespoons of white all purpose flour, mix in one tablespoonful of melted butter, add into the dough 6 eggs, leaving whites of three. Add a pinch of kosher salt. Pour into the molds. Bake in the well buttered cups, half filled. Bake for a half an hour, or twenty minutes in a hot oven.
