Lemon Pudding
For this Lemon Pudding you will need
2 lemons
6 eggs
2 cups of white granulated sugar
1/2 cup of sweet unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of whipping cream
For this traditional American Lemon Pudding you need to grate two lemons and beat them in blender with the yolks of six eggs, two cups of white granulated sugar and half of a cup of fresh unsalted butter and one tablespoonful of whipping cream.
Line the pudding dish with slices of stale cake, and pour in the batter mixture onto the top and bake in the hot owen for twenty minute.s Cover the top with meringue and set in the oven to brown.
