Papaya Tarts
1 cup cooked seived papaya
Juice of 2 limes
11/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon cream
Bake in uncooked tart shells in a good hot oven for 20 minutes. Serve garnished with toasted almonds or walnuts or whipped cream.
