Parsnip Salad

 Parsnip Salad 

3 boiled parsnips 

2 large stalks of celery 

1 tart apple rather 

Onion juice

Lettuce

Boiled dressing

Wallnuts

 Cut 3 boiled parsnips, 2 large stalks of celery, and 1 tart apple rather fine. A little onion juice may be added, if liked.Mix well with boiled dressing, and serve on shredded lettuce. The grown ups may have theirs sprinkled thickly with chopped walnuts. See Menu VIII
