ACJ Mayonnaise Dressing

ACJ Mayonnaise Dressing 

11/2 cup vinegary 

11/2 cup milk 

 11/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon mutard

1 egg

dash of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon each of corn starch flour and salt,

1 tablespooon of butter

11/2 cup vinegary,11/2 cup milk, 11/2 cup sugar,1 egg well beaten, 1 teaspoon mustard( mus tard),  dash of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon each of corn starch flour and salt, lump of butter. Let the vinegar and sugar come to boil.Beat the egg well, add starch and flour, and pour in the heated milk. Then pour into it the heated vinegar and let it cook until creamy. Add butter at the last.
