ACJ Banana Salad
2 bananas
10 teaspoons of mayonnaise
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup canned peaches
Cut banana in half the long way and place on a crisp lettuce leaf .Add several teaspoons of mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Halves of canned peaches may be served in the same manner.
