Chicken Salad
1 cup chicken
1 cup celery
1 cup walnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
Boil the chicken until tender and allow it to cool in its own liquor. Chop quantities of chicken, and celery, chopped walnuts and mix with mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce leaf.This is very tasty salad, if veal is substituted for chicken.
