ACJ Pumpkin Pie

 ACJ Pumpkin Pre 

3 cups cooked pumpkin

11/2  cup sugar e

2 tablespoons butter 

1 small teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon molasses 

1/4 teaspoon ginger

a dash  of pepper 

11/2 cups milk 

2 eggs

3 cups cooked pumpkin made by putting through a strainer, 11/2  cup sugar, 2 tablespoons butter melted, 1 small teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon ground cinna mon, 1 tablespoon molasses preferred, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, a dash pepperm 11/2 cups milk, 2 eggs- whites  and yolks beaten separately. Bake the crust quickly in hot oven. and  then add mixture and bake slower about 4 to hours. This is enough for 2 pies.
