Christmas Raisin Pudding
One cup of soft bread crumbs
2 cups scalded milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of chopped nut meats
1 cup of raisin
1 teaspoon of salt
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup of the juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
2 squares of chocolate melted
Take One cup of soft bread crumbs and 2 cups scalded milk, mix in 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 cup of chopped nut meats, and 1 cup of raisins, 1 teaspoon of salt 2 egg yolks and 1/4 cup of the juice and grated rind of 1 lemon. 2 egg whites beaten until stiff and 2 squares chocolate melted. Add all ingredients together, the egg whites add the last, pour into greased bake pan and bake about 20 minutes.
