Lamb with Kohlrabi
A Favorite Boiled Dinner
2 lbs neck or shoulder of lamb
6 to 8 small kohlrabi tops
included 3 to 4 potatoes
1 tablespoon flour
2 lbs neck or shoulder of lamb 6 to 8 small kohlrabi tops, included 3 to 4 potatoes, 1 tablespoon flour, Salt, Pepper. Choose young kohlrabi. Wash the tops thoroughly, and put into boiling water to cover, Cook for 11/2 hour, then add meat and boil gently for one hour, season, add potatoes and small kohlrabi, and boil gently for another hour. Before serving. thicken gravy with flour. and let it boil gently for a few minutes. Mrs Andrew E Murneek Columbia Missouri
