Potato Croquettes
2 cups of mashed potatoes
2 Tablespoons of butter
1/2 tablespoon of chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
a pinch of salt
a pinch of grated nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Take two cups of mashed potatoes, 2 Tablespoons of butter, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped onion, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and a pinch of grated nutmeg, 2 eggs and a few bread crumbs. Mix the potatoes thoroughly with the onion, parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Mold them, dip in beaten egg roll and after that in crumbs, drop into hot fat and cook until golden brown.
