Celery Cutlets

 Celery Cutlets

1 cup of cooked green peas 

1 cup of chopped celery

2 tablespoons of butter

2 beaten eggs

1 teaspoonful of lemon juice

a pinch of  salt

a pinch of  pepper

Mix together 1 cup of cooked green peas. 1 cup of chopped celery, add 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 beaten eggs, 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice, a pinch of  salt and a pinch of  pepper. Shape into roll in cracker dust and fry in deep fat.
