Roast Goose
1 stale loaf of bread
1/3 lb of peanut butter
4 tablespoons y chopped parsley
1 onion chopped
Dash of sage
Dash of savory
Dash of mace
2 cups of stock
Wash goose well and fill with the following stuffing:
one stale loaf of bread, mixed with 1/3 lb of peanut butter, 4 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, 1 onion chopped fine, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper to taste. Dash each of sage, savory, and mace, sufficient broth or stock to make it hold together. Bake in a medium oven.
