Raisin and Apple Stuffing
1 cup chopped apples
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 teaspoon onion minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup hot water
Mix the chopped apples, bread crumbs, onion and seasonings, then add raisins cut in pieces. Melt the butter in the hot water, and add to the stuffing. This is good for stuffing for duck, goose, or roast of pork.
