Spanish Style Ham Stuffing
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
114 cup milk
1 egg
Mix the crumbs of bread, ham, mushrooms, onion, brown sugar and seasonings. Add milk and beaten egg. This is used by the Spanish people for stuffing chicken, but it is equally delicious for turkey.
