For this type of dessert topping and dessert sauce, you mix one ounce of the maple flavor extract with two or three parts of the marshmallow dressing syrup. Then you whip the marshmallow dressing The quantity you make is depending upon the strength of your maple syrup or concentrate itself- different brands of the maple syrup are of different concentration.
