MAPLE MACAROON SUNDAE  -CLASSICS OF THE AMERICAN PHARMACIES

 The Classic Grand Americana recipe. The popular American ice-cream and family dessert topping was  made in all the pharmacies of the United States of America in 1918 all year. The original recipe of the New England, Boston, and New York pharmacies. 

For this original   American classic ice-cream- sundae dessert topping of the beginning of the last century  you will need:

1 No. 10 cone of maple walnut ice-cream

1 fluid ounce of  maple marshmallow dressing

1/2 ounce of  roasted macaroon crumbs

1 red  color Maraschino cherry

MAPLE MACAROON SUNDAE 

For this type of dessert topping and dessert sauce,  you take one No. 10 cone of maple walnut ice- cream and put it into a champagne flute shape sundae cup.  You add the festive touch by pouring  over the dessert a small ladle of one ounce of a maple marshmallow dressing and by sprinkling onto it 1/2 of one ounce the roasted macaroon crumbs. The top of the sundae is decorated with a red Maraschino cherry,
