Salad Dressing for Fruits
3 eggs
1 cup of white granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of white all purpose flour
2 medium size lemons
1 tablespoon of fresh unsalted butter
1 1 /4 cups of cold
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
Salad Dressing for Fruit salads. For this dressing you will need to beat the yolks of of 3 eggs with 1 cup sugar. While beating add into the batter 2 tablespoons of flour and squeeze into it the juice of 2 lemons. Soften the dough with 1 tablespoon of melted butter, add into the mixture 1 1/4 cups of cold water, put into the double boiler and boil on the slow fire until thick. When the sauce is done, chill down and when ready to serve slowly fold in to this dressing the heavy whipped cream.
