Spinach Supreme
1 can of spinach
1 bunch of spinach
Bacon
Bread crumbs
3 Eggs
Mace
Dash of salt
1/2 cup cream or
1/2 cup of milk
Spinach may be deliciously prepared for a main dinner dish Line a baking dish with very thin slices of bacon fill with chopped cooked spinach mixed with equal parts of bread crumbs three well beaten eggs salt a dash of mace and half a cupful of cream or rich milk Lay bacon slices over top of dish and bake until bacon is crisp Mrs RTN Luana Iowa See Menu XI
