Baked Vegetables

 Baked Vegetables 

6 medium sized carrots 

6 medium sized potatoes 

6 medium sized onions 

11/2 cups thin white sauce

 Salt to taste 

1 tablespoon butter 

Dash of paprika 

Peel and slice potatoes and carrots, mince the onion, and mix all together. Season with salt. Pour into buttered baking dish. and pour over all a thin white sauce. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in a moderate oven, until tender. Mrs MLR Denison Iowa See Menu XIII
