Coddled Eggs for the Family

Bring 3 pints of water to the boiling point. Remove pan from fire put eggs into it and cover. Let stand on the back part of stove from six to seven minutes. The egg will be cooked to about the consistency of a three minute egg but the white will be creamy. instead of tough. Mrs WJ Detroit Mich
