Viennese Carrots
1 pkg noodles
1 lb carrots
butter
salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
In a buttered baking dish put a layer of cooked noodles, cover with layer a of a cooked carrots, sliced in rounds, dot with butter, and sprinkle lightly bread crumbs.
