Apples Farci with Chicken
6 apples
1 lb of minced chicken
6 cloves
6 tbspoons of granulated sugar
6 spoons of breadcrumbs
2 Tbspoons of fat
Cut a slice from the top of each apple to be used, the core but without piercing the other side of the fruit, and carefully scoop out some of interior. Fill with left over chopped chicken, and a few cloves. Sprinkle with granulated sugar, breadcrumbs moisten with a little fat and bake in the oven,
