Creole Pralines

Creole Pralines  

 2 cups brown sugar 

1/4 cup boiling water

 2 tblsp butter 

1 cup shelled pecans 

 Boil the sugar, water,  butter  and nuts together for five minutes. Remove from fire and beat one minute. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. These never fail and make delicious gift boxes for young and old.
