Chocolate Stars
11/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1 egg
1/4 cup melted lard
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Blend the sugar. egg yolk and lard gradually; the other ingredients have been mixed together twice. Beat the egg white stiff, stir it in. Work in just enough additional flour to enable you to handle dough. Cut in star shape and bake. and BB Long Island Mc.
