Peach Melba

 Peach Melba 

6 round slices of cake 

1/2 one cup peach syrup 

6 halves peaches

6 tea spoons jelly or jam

1/2 cup cocoanut.

Take 6 round slices of cake and place on the serving dish. Then pour one half cup peach syrup over each,put  6 halves peaches on each slice, cut side up. Into center of each peach put 6 tea spoons jelly or jam- on the top of the peach, sprinkle 1/2 cup cocoanut. 

Place slices of cake on serving dish and pour 1 tablespoon syrup over each. Put a half peach on each slice of cake- carved side up. Into center of each put tea spoon of jelly or jam. Sprinkle cocoanut and serve.
