Quince and Cranberry Jelly
2 quarts of quince
3 quarts of cranberries
Wash and cut in slices 2 quarts of quince. Cook until tender in water to cover. Drain Stew 3 quarts of cran berries in 3 pints of water. Drain. cover quince Cook until tender in water Drain Combine the quince and cranberry juices and to each quart of juice add 1 pin of sugar. Boil for 10 minutes, then pour into jelly glasses.
