Saice a Bolivian Dish 

(Pronounced Sigh say)

 1 lb round steak 

3 cups water 

11/2 cup shelled peas 

11/2 cup sliced carrots 

1 large tomato minced 

2 tablespoons minced onion 

Salt and pepper to taste 

6 potatoes

2 cups of rice

Grind raw meat in chopper, add to boiling water, stir to separate the particles of meat, add tomato, onion and seasoning. Let simmer for one half hour, then add peas and carrots, and cook until tender. Serve mashed or boiled potatoes, or rice. The meat and vegetable are all in the delicious gravy.
