Sausage Stuffing

 Sausage Stuffing 

1/2 tablespoon fat

 2 tablespoons onion chopped

 1 cup sausage meat 

1 cup hot water 

2 cups soft bread crumbs 

11/2 teaspoon salt 

1/4 teaspoon sage 

1/4 teaspoon pepper 

1/2 cup chopped almonds 

Melt the fat, add the onion and sausage, and cook until sausage stirring frequently. Cool add Use for chicken or turkey.
