Olive and Peanut Stuffing
1 cup chopped peanuts
2 cups stale breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon onion minced
1 teaspoon salt
Few grains cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons melted peanut butter
1/2 cup hot cream
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
Mix the peanuts, bread crumbs, onion olives and seasonings, and add butter and cream. Excellent for wild duckm partridge or pheasant.
