To prepare this original American lemonade you will need
1 ounce of Concordia grape syrup
1 ounce of orgeat syrup
1 ounce of heavy fresh sweet cream
One egg
Beat the egg with the pinch of salt in the blender. Mix all the ingredients in a 12 ounce glass add a little big of the shaved ice, shake well, fill with carbonated water or club soda and strain.
