ORANGE PHOSPHATE SYRUP
The classic Americana recipe of the American pharmacies, sold in 1908 all over the territories of the USA.
1 gallon of fruity orange syrup,
6 ounces of solution of phosphate
American pharmacists usually used the big dispensers, whuch used the large quantities of phosphate syrup. This drink was prepared beforehand as the special syrup and added into the lemonades right on the counter- this is how the sodas of our great grandparents looked like. The proportion of this syrup was standard in all the country of the USA. To one gallon of fruity orange you should add about six ounces of solution of phosphate. The syrup so made is for use beforehand and dispensing with it is much more rapid than using a standard squirt bottle.
