WHITE MOUNTAIN
Traditional lemonade of American Fountain drinks and American pharmacies of 1916. Original recipe.
2 fl ounces of Orange syrup
3 fl ounces sweet rich heavy cream
1 egg white
1/2 glassful of shaved or cracked ice
carbonated water or club soda
Whip the egg white in blender with a pinch of salt and a spoon of white granulated sugar. Pour the syrup into the shaker, add the beaten white of the egg. Shake well and strain into a 12 ounce serving glass. Your finishing touch- fill the coctail with carbonated water in a fine stream.
