CHOCOLATE NOIR
Famous Grand Americana classic recipe of 1916- fountain drink of American pharmacies- the chocolate noir- the black chocolate. Original recipe of 1916.
2 fl ounces of Chocolate syrup
1 /2 glassful of plain ice water plain
3 spoonfuls of chocolae ice cream
carbonated water or club soda
Pour your syrup and ice water into the shaker. Add the chocolate ice cream, shake and nix will in a 12 ounce serving glass. After you added the icecream- fill the 12 ounce serving glasss with carbonated water coarse stream and serve with an ice-cream spoon.
