Beech Nut Fruit Salad
Cooked Prunes
Beech Nut Peanut Butter
Slices of Pineapple
Lettuce Hearts
Cream
Mayonnaise
Remove the stones from the prunes, and fill the cavity with peanut butter, blended with a little heavy cream. Place a slice of canned pineapple on the lettuce hearts, arrange three or four prunes, depending on size, on the pineapple and drop a spoonful of mayonnaise in the center. Chill well before serving.
