Carrot Salad


Carrot Salad 

4 cups shredded carrot 
2 cups grated apples 
1 cup seedless raisins 
Boiled Dressing 
Lettuce

Mix carrot, apple, and raisins with a simple boiled dressing and serve on crisp lettuce leaves with a few raisins on top, These may be put through the food chopper for very young children.

This recipe was chosen as the prize winner, because it is an unusual combination of fruits and vegetables and one we feel children will like. Mrs Joe E Risinger ,Aqua Dulce Texas
