Cottage Pudding With Chocolate Sauce
11/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg milk
1 cup of milk
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
Sift dry ingredients three times. Break an egg into cup, fill with milk, and add to dry ingredients. Beat well, and add melted butter. Bake in buttered square tin. Cut in squares and serve warm with chocolate sauce.
