Apple Float
2 cups thick apple sauce
4 egg whites
1 cup of Sugar
Nutmeg
11/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons sugar
Force the apple sauce through a sieve, then sweeten to taste and add a few gratings of nutmeg. Beat the egg whites stiff, fold in the applesauce and beat until fluffy. Serve with whipping y Serve garnished with fruits or suг rounded with a soft custard made of the 2 egg yolks 11/2 cups milk and 3 tablespoons sugar
